As a photovoltaic enterprise and project developer with a growing international presence, we have been consistently investing in renewable energies since 2013. Both in Germany and abroad, we focus on the development and construction of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems.

The WIRCON Group currently has around 35 employees at our locations in Mannheim, Berlin and Saarbrücken.

WIRCON GmbH was founded in 2013. In 2019 the Hopp family acquired all shares in the company. With our highly qualified WIRCON team backed by this robust shareholder, a successful restructuring took place. In the process, our corporate strategy and a future-oriented approach were invigorated. In spring 2020, our WIRCON headquarters were relocated to Mannheim.

Today, WIRCON GmbH takes pride in its solid foundations and a well-stocked project pipeline. Our future focus lies primarily in Europe. As a company that calls the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region home, we will also implement a range of projects in this region and across wider Germany. With the climate and energy crisis becoming more serious, the construction of solar parks to generate renewable energy is more important to us than ever.
